León, México is world-renowned for footwear. It’s where St. Vaughan’s story begins—rooted in a family tannery with 25+ years supplying world-class houses like Justin Brands, Tony Lama, Lucchese, Gucci, and Cuadra. In 2011, amid industry shifts, the family made a bold pivot from tanning to shoemaking, mastering Goodyear Welt for export and manufacturing for the U.S. and Japan (Aldo, Nordstrom, Zappos, Caminando). By 2014, they launched their own label: St. Vaughan.
For this collaboration, NiK Kacy invited St. Vaughan to be the first brand to build on our gender-equal lasts, expanding access without compromise. This debut capsule features two core styles—The John Chelsea and The Stamford Brogue—each handcrafted in León with resoleable Goodyear Welt construction and offered in sizes EU 34–47 with an optional split-size service.
