Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of original receipt of our product(s) in brand new condition, with original packaging, dust bags and shipment containers. A purchase refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) will be provided if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement in equal value or if a size is unavailable and there are no plans for a future production. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, NiK Kacy Footwear will ship a replacement product at no cost to the customer.
We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. You may not purchase any item from this site for resale. If you are interested in retailing our products, please contact sales@nikkacy.com. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full credit to your credit card account.
